I am the National Security chairman for American Legion Auxiliary Unit 179 located in Grandville, MI. I attended the American Legion Aux National Convention last August and I learned about ShipThrifty.com.

Auxiliary 179 was sending a care package to a deployed sailor and looked into using ShipThrifty.com.

After setting up an account online and V&R chairman Judy and I met Tuesday, Jan. 11, 2022, to pack the boxes. Michelle asked me to call her and she walked me through the steps of getting the information into ShipThrifty.com. Michelle was so kind and patient and was very helpful in getting the information in the correct areas.

The best part was printing the bar code along with information and taping this to boxes. The cost of postage was so much less. It was so nice to bring packages into the post office.
