Customs Log for Care Packages

Number your boxes and list your contents followed by the number of each item and when entering the quantity, remember it is the price for just one item. The tools will do the multiplication for you.

So if you have a $25 package with 5 pairs of white cotton socks, and each one cost $5 your customs would be typed out like this:

Description = White cotton socks, QTY (quantity) = 5, Unit cost (Price for 1) = $5

The tools will automatically calculate your total box value of $25 for you and print that on your shipping label.

Note: If you have more than 5 entries for customs, the tools will automatically generate a second label continuing your customs details. Both labels need to go on your box.

Individuals should list each different item and not group like items together on customs forms.
