1. Hover over your name in the upper right corner to display the drop-down
2. Click on the Account Details link from the drop-down
3. Click the Care Package Request Sign Up. Then customize your landing page settings:
a. Add your logo or image b. Add some text to tell people about you c. "Header text" lets you add a title to your page. (Example: Military Care Package Request Form) d. The "Website" field allows you to link to your website or Facebook page if you don't have a website.
4. Finish your custom URL Type a short word or phrase to complete your URL. Some groups will use an abbreviation of their name, the first letters of their name, but try to keep it short.
5. Pick your Form Type - Long or Short. The long-form includes additional fields for items or a pen pal.
6. Save Setting and Preview the page to see what it looks like.
The tools will create a link for you to share in email, social posts, or anywhere you'd like.
