Ship Thrifty truly understands what is needed to get these “boxes of love from home” signed, sealed, and delivered to our deployed troops. They understand how important receiving a package from home is for these heroes, these packages let them know they are not forgotten and are truly appreciated for their commitment to serve this country. Nate, Rob, and Michelle helped make a sometimes-stressful situation with postage, custom forms, and post office delivery a simple “STRESS-FREE” experience.

The team went above and beyond to help streamline the process for us, making it easy-peasy! They were readily available for multiple questions and phone calls………even from a hospital bed!!! They guided us every step of the way and quickly problem solved if an issue or question arose. We were able to send out more boxes than originally planned, and they quickly rearranged, accommodated, and got the job done in an incredibly short amount of time!! We were truly impressed with the service, customer care, and attention to the small details they effortlessly provided!
