Login to your account. You can find the login button at the top right corner of the homepage. In another video, we covered how to create an account. So, if you need help with that, head to that video.
Click on your name in the upper right portion of your screen.
Scroll down and click on the “My Orders (Simple)” link under the “Reporting” category. The system will then pull up all of your orders.
The most recent order will always appear on the left.
Click on the “Details” button for the order you want to print labels for.
Click on the “Detail” button in this view to access your core package information, and the labels will appear in the upper right corner of the next page.
Click on the Download Labels button, and a PDF of your labels will display for printing. If you have multiple packages in your order from a batch shipment, you’ll also be able to print the manifest if one is available. Labels will be 4 x 6. If you are printing to paper and notice they are cutting off or printing too large, adjust your printer settings.
If your labels are for USPS, the tools will automatically create a manifest as well. Print the manifest. When you get to the post office, or they come to pick up packages, hand them the manifest along with the labeled boxes. They will scan the manifest, and all your boxes will be checked in with a single scan. You’ll love it as much as the post office!
