How To Cancel An Order

Login to your account. You can find the login button at the top right corner of the homepage. In another video, we covered how to create an account. So, if you need help with that head to that video.

Click on your name in the upper right portion of your screen.

Scroll down and click on the "My Orders (Simple)" link under the "Reporting" category. The system will then pull up all of your orders.

The most recent order will always appear on the left.

Click on the "Details" button for the order you want to print labels for. The label(s) will appear in the upper right corner of the next page where you have the option to print or cancel the order. If there are multiple labels in the order you can use the cancel button next to any label in the order to cancel and refund the label. 

Click the "Cancel" button for the order(s) you want to cancel. Your card or payment source will automatically be credited. Once an order is canceled it can't be reversed.
