Shipments are paid for by credit card at checkout. You can also prefund your shipping account by ACH or use your credit card to load your My Wallet in the admin area before making shipments. Credit card payments are processed through Stripe. They use tokenization, so card information is not stored directly on our platform. Many large companies use the service (Google, Target, Salesforce, NASDAQ, Shopify, Expedia, etc.). You can also mail a check to pre-fund your account, and we also offer ACH.
